Almost exactly two years ago, I wrote a story in this paper about, hands on Bibles, that nothing of the sort was happenin, everything they spent money on was related to the Water Department. There are three main weaknesses in the current system of accountability which increase the risk that such failures might occur: If we’re not going to go after the people who sat idle and watched Porcari steal our money, then why are we holding those other three officers in the Floyd case?
